1. The service

The 48 | Fantasy is a free game where you pick national teams for the FIFA World Cup and earn points based on real match results. It is for entertainment only — there are no prizes, no money, no betting, no paid features, and no ads.

2. Eligibility & sign-in

You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts are created by signing in with Google or Microsoft; there is no email/password registration.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Choose a display name and avatar that are appropriate for a general audience.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, harass, or impersonate other people.
• Don't cheat, exploit, or attempt to manipulate scoring or leaderboards.
• Don't scrape, attack, overload, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Keep display names and avatars appropriate.

5. Football data

Match and standings data is provided by the Football-Data.org API and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Fantasy points depend on this data and may change if results are later corrected.

6. Availability & "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or the accuracy of any data, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq.
